How Can sinus Infection And Burning Sensation In The Throat be Treated?

I am having sinus congestion, especially at night. Burning sensation in lower throat that comes and goes at nighttime. Spitting or coughing up blood mixed with flem. Chest tightens off and on. Also, Feels like there is something in flem. Mostly normal during the day but symptions return every night. Has been happening for several weeks. Light headed at times.

Hi,

You are having upper respiratory tract infection mainly sinusitis infection. For that decongestant can be prescribed like Levocetirizine for five days. You need to given antibiotic course as well.

Steam inhalation and warm water drinking will be beneficial to you. Avoid intake of excess spicy foods. It's advisable to consult otorhinolaryngologist for detailed evaluation.
